THREE CHEESE ROLL WITH SOURDOUGH

Our three cheese sourdough roll is made with our original 34 year old sourdough starter and generously flavoured with cheese which includes mature white cheddar, West cheddar and Red Leicester.

SOURDOUGH ROLL

The dough has a long slow fermentation giving the roll an open, waxy texture, chewy crust and a mild flavour which makes it the perfect base for any sandwich or meal accompaniment.

MINI CLASSIC ROLL MIX

A selection of mini rolls, White roll with a crispy crust , brown wholemeal roll, Kaiser roll, kaiser roll with poppy seeds.

BROWN PETIT PAIN

Made with white and wholemeal flour to give a light crusty brown roll.

MALTED WHEAT PETIT PAIN

Made with a blend of malted and white flour to give a light crusty brown roll, traditionally finished with a cut along the top.
